Spectrum Training is excited to announce the commencement of online delivery of its Community Sector Team Leadership Skill set.

Improve your ability to communicate with staff and clients

The Community Sector Team Leadership Skill set is designed for staff in or look to move into Team Leadership, Management, or Supervision roles and who wish to improve and develop their skills.

The skill set provides participants with the ability to be assessed in the following units of competency;

CHCCOM403A Use targeted communication skills to build relationships

  • Communicating with clients and staff
  • Effective communications strategies
  • Effective meetings and discussions
  • Dealing with difficult conversations

CHCORG406A Supervise work

  • Staff induction and orientation
  • Developing your team
  • Performance and Professional Development
  • Leadership

CHCORG423A Maintain quality service delivery

  • Delivering high quality services to clients
  • Frameworks for quality service delivery
  • Monitor and review service delivery 

The course is now available through our E-learning portal as self paced Elearning.

It is also offered as a face to face program generally conducted over 3 non-consecutive days with each concentrating on one of the three units of competency, utilising a range of adult learning methodologies to ensure that all participants are provided with optimal learning experiences.

On successful completion of the course and the assessments participants will receive a Statement of Attainment for completed units.

The per person investment for the program (including assessment) is $295.

Student Fees – Update

Spectrum Training have recently been in discussion with the QLD Government’s Department of Education, Training and Employment about the most appropriate measures we can employ in keeping our student fees to a minimum whilst remaining contractually compliant. Consequently, we have reviewed and updated our fee structures this week to ensure that they are both fair and transparent.
